Anti-dog politicians who have supported breed-specific legislation and/or desired Pit Bull bans in California:

Gavin Newsom, former San Francisco Mayor and current Lieutenant Governor of California, is up for re-election in 2014 and plans on running for Governor in 2018.

Jeff Stone, current Riverside County Supervisor, is running for the Senate in 2014.

Steve Madison, current Pasadena City Councilman, is up for re-election in 2015 and possibly plans on running for Pasadena Mayor in 2015.
